Refund Policy
At Zenith, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.
Time Frames

Unsatisfied with the product: up to 7 days from receipt.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 days from receipt.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or a short video of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered misuse.
Return Conditions

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.
Upon receipt and quality inspection, the customer may choose to: -

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
